On September 8, 2026, the Akron Chapter's Annual Corn Roast will bring music, food, and fellowship together. We are also pleased to announce that this year, all funds will go to benefit the Ray Stone Memorial Scholarship Fund. 

As a long-time barbershopper, Ray served in many capacities in the Akron Chapter, including helping to create the new all-voice chorus, Akron Harmony Project. The chapter board has authorized the creation of the scholarship, and this is partly how it will be funded. The goal is to award a scholarship to an individual who wants to keep music in their world.

Registration is limited to 150 people (that's all the hall will allow), so make sure you purchase your ticket today!

The Akron Chapter is proud to support the Summit County Veterans Donation Fund once again by hosting our Annual Veterans Benefit Concert.  Both of the chapter's choruses will be performing on this benefit show!  We look forward to welcoming everyone to join us at Community Vineyard Church (2543 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls) at 2 pm on Saturday, November 7th.

The concert is FREE, but we will be taking up a goodwill offering. All funds will go directly to the Donation Fund. Help us break last year's donation record!
